Janet Simpson shared her work with us and discussed her approach to art. George Wallace, Suffolk Countys first poet laureate opened our meeting with a poem. We are indeed privileged and excited to present Audra Moricca, Soprano, and Kelly Horsted, pianist on Wednesday, May14 in the Northport Library Community Room at 7:30 to 9:00 PM. Ms. Morricca, a spinto soprano and native of Northport and Mr. Horsted, a pianist with an active NYC career including credits with American Opera Projects, Alice Tully Hall, Weill Recital Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, and NBCs Weekend Today Show began their partnership in l995.
