Huntington Cabaret presents an original musical revue, "Seize the Day," featuring 10 extraordinary singers ages 11-18 from Long Island, as a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity on February 10, 2006. The show was directed by award-winning New York City director Lennie Watts and noted New York City musical director Steven Ray Watkins. "SEIZE THE DAY" was performed for two sold-out shows in December at The Encore, a cabaret club in NYC. Lennie Watts, Steven Ray Watkins and friends from the NY cabaret world will also be performing as a gift to Habitat. Art consultant, Cynthia Fox, with a BFA in fine arts will be working with Lauren. Sessions run for 6 weeks, one hour a week, for grades k through 6th.
